Delivery times affected by COVID-19

This is an important message for all our existing and potential customers regarding product delivery times.

All delivery times are estimated and are shown under the Product Description, however in these exceptional times we are seeing delivery periods extended by up to 50%, so where a delivery is estimated as “between 2 and 4 weeks” please allow between 2 and 6 weeks, similarly for a delivery estimated as “between 5 and 6 working days” please allow between 5 and 9 working days”, etc, etc.

Whilst we are still seeing some deliveries within or earlier than the estimated periods we do ask you to take into consideration the possible longest delivery time when placing your order, especially if it is a gift for a special occasion.

Please also be aware that delivery tracking for shipments from overseas (i.e. those with an estimated delivery of 2-4 weeks) has been affected and it is not always possible to obtain accurate tracking data until the product has arrived in the UK.

So please bear with us if you are not receiving tracking updates and your delivery is taking longer than expected and be assured that we will aim to provide a realistic indication of your delivery date as soon as we can.
