Shipping & Returns

Delivery of all orders is free to all valid locations within the UK except as may be stated within the Product Description and/or at Checkout. Products that do not include free delivery are all Standard and Bespoke Home Bars regardless of the delivery address plus Flat Pack Home Bars for delivery to Scotland and Northern Ireland.

All products advertised on the Site are subject to availability and may be discontinued at any time without notice. We accept no responsibility or liability for any goods we are unable to supply for any reason.

We reserve the right to correct any errors or misprints and we have no responsibility if any of the goods or services advertised on the Site are unavailable. Back orders will be recorded and delivered when available, unless otherwise advised.

We are a UK based company delivering within the UK (Shetland Islands Outer Hebrides, Isle of Man, Kirkwall, Guernsey & Jersey excluded). Deliveries to UK excluded locations and countries outside the UK can be made by special arrangement, please contact Customer Services.

Man Sanctuary supply products either from stock in the UK or by back-order from an Overseas manufacturer (or sub-supplier) or made to order.

For products supplied from stock in the UK, Man Sanctuary aim to process and despatch all orders within 2-3 working days of receipt of the order and to complete delivery within 3-4 working days thereafter. Please add a further 1-2 days to these periods for framed canvases.

For products supplied by back-order from an overseas manufacture or (sub-supplier) shipping/delivery times can vary between 2 (two) and 8 (eight) normal working weeks.

For ‘made to order’ products the delivery times vary depending on the product/manufacturer and are stated within the Product Description. Made to order products include Arcade Tables, Pool Tables and Home Bars.

During busy periods, i.e. Christmas and Fathers Day, the above delivery periods may be extended.

Man Sanctuary accepts no responsibility for delays to the aforementioned periods. We will try to deliver earlier than the stated periods when possible and will notify you of any unexpected delays beyond the delivery period originally indicated as soon as reasonably possible and will offer you a store credit for any item that is unexpectedly delayed beyond a reasonable period of time.

If you’re not 100% satisfied with the items you purchased, we offer a full refund of the goods purchased, store credit or exchange (except as stated below). Please contact us via the contact page for a returns form. Please do not attempt to return goods to our registered address or any address on packaging, only return goods as instructed after contacting us.

Refunds, credits and exchanges cannot be offered for any Personalised or Made to Order Products unless due to a quality issue or defect. In the event that you are not satisfied, we can accept a return for personalised products only the item is faulty. Where this is the case we will send out a replacement or offer a refund. We regret that we cannot offer returns on unwanted items that have been personalised. This is in line with Long Distance Selling Regulations governing the sale of personalised products.

We are a UK based company delivering within the UK**. Deliveries to countries outside the UK can be made by special arrangement, please contact Customer Services.

PLEASE NOTE: no exchanges or returns are offered for sale items.

We reserve the right to refuse a returned items if the items do not comply to our returns policy. Refused items will be posted back to you and additional postage will be charged. We accept no responsibility for returns that are sent by non-traceable postage methods and are not received. Unfortunately without the items we cannot issue an exchange or refund. We strongly suggest you send your returns using a traceable method.
